Merlot was built in Poole and used to be the Poole Harbourmasters boat. She is a safe sturdy, strong stable boat that has a load of room in the deep cockpit. There is a small cuddy, complete with sea toilet (see below) and an open wheelhouse. The original engine was replaced in 2012 (I believe) with a Yanmar 3GM30F, a reliable simple engine.
