Description

Abel’s Ark is 45 foot cruiser stern narrow boat built by Liverpool Boats in 1995. She is powered by a Beta Marine 38 engine which has only 770 hours on the clock and has recently been serviced. From entering through the rear door is the fully fitted galley with stainless steel sink and separate draining board, two ring gas hob, grill and oven, fridge. Following this is the saloon with solid fuel stove and bench type seating. The shower room follows with full height shower, pump out toilet and vanity basin. At the front of the cabin is the double bedroom with full height wardrobe. Her base plate was over plated in 2023 and any pitting identified on the hull sides was attended to at this time. She has a current Boat Safety Certificate until November 2027. Abel’s Ark benefits from 300w of solar. This boat has recently been refurbished with many new fittings including fridge, water pump, shower pump etc. Cratch and cover fitted over forward well deck and pram cover fitted to rear cruiser deck.
