Remarks :
The Birchwood TS31 is a 10.1m (33ft 1.6inches) semi-displacement cruising boat. Built in Nottingham in 1989. The present owner bought her in 2016 and used her on the inland waterways before bringing her to Dartmouth. She has been beautifully maintained and is presented in excellent condition. She is comfortable to live aboard and very stable underway. She has upper and lower helm positions offering protected steering as well as from the Flybridge.
Currently berthed on the Dart, this Birchwood 31 offers the purchaser a chance either for a family adventure for up to 5 people, for local cruising or discovering new waterways inland. Lifted, cleaned & antifouled August 2024. New anodes & hull polished August 2024.
